01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and win65 ("win65," "we," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing the win65 website at win65.ws, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the win65 Platform and must not register an account. These Terms apply to all services offered through win65, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo rooms, fishing games, and any promotional offers made available to registered players.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

win65 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time we have reason to verify your identity or age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on win65. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. win65 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended, and any funds or bonuses within those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win65 account credentials, including your username and password. win65 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Accepted documents include Philippine-issued government IDs, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

win65 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on win65 is ₱50. Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are subject to standard interbank processing times, which may vary by institution. win65 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by win65 within the timelines specified in our Withdrawal Policy, which is accessible from your account dashboard. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed identity verification. win65 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to releasing funds. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the available balance in your win65 wallet minus any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

win65 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, win65 may place temporary holds on withdrawal requests, request enhanced due diligence documentation, or report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate Philippine financial intelligence authorities. Funds deposited on win65 must originate from a payment source registered in your own name.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full.

5.4 Modification of Promotions

win65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players. win65 shall not be liable to any player for any losses arising from the modification or cancellation of a promotion.

06 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Randomness and Fairness

Game outcomes on win65 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by our licensed game suppliers. win65 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not interfere with the operation of RNG systems. The house edge for each game category is built into the game's mathematical model by the game provider and is not adjustable by win65.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity interruption during a game round, win65 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's win65 wallet balance. This may include instances where a game session is interrupted mid-round due to server-side issues. win65 will not honor payouts for game rounds affected by a confirmed technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the win65 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

6. Conducting transactions through the win65 Platform that constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Philippine or international law.
7. Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game mode to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
8. Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing win65 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the win65 Platform — including but not limited to the win65 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of win65 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in win65's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the win65 Platform without the express prior written consent of win65. Unauthorized use of win65 intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, or unfair competition under Philippine and international law.

win65 respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that any content on win65 infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

win65 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating a win65 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

win65 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements in compliance with Philippine data privacy regulations under Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond win65's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content, game descriptions, or odds information displayed on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the win65 Platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and win65 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from normal gameplay outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits win65's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

win65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, win65 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of win65 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Termination by win65

win65 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure. In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, win65 reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

12.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your win65 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your win65 wallet (net of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

12.4 Survival

The provisions of Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Privacy), and 11 (Limitation of Liability) shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms or closure of your win65 account.
